1 And Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

3 And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship,

4 To devise cunning works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in bronze,

4 διανοεῖσθαι καὶ ἀρχιτεκτονῆσαι ἐργάζεσθαι τὸ χρυσίον καὶ τὸ ἀργύριον καὶ τὸν χαλκὸν καὶ τὴν ὑάκινθον καὶ τὴν πορφύραν καὶ τὸ κόκκινον τὸ νηστὸν καὶ τὴν βύσσον τὴν κεκλωσμένην	4 καὶ ἀρχιτεκτονῆσαι, ἐργάζεσθαι τὸ χρυσίον καὶ τὸ ἀργύριον καὶ τὸν χαλκὸν καὶ τὴν ὑάκινθον καὶ τὴν πορφύραν καὶ τὸ κόκκινον τὸ νηστὸν

5 And in cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of timber, to work in all manner of workmanship.

6 And I, behold, I have given with him Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan; and in the hearts of all that are wise hearted I have put wisdom, that they may make all that I have commanded you;

6 καὶ ἐγὼ ἔδωκα αὐτὸν καὶ τὸν Ἐλιὰβ τὸν τοῦ Ἀχισαμὰχ ἐκ φυλῆς Δὰν καὶ παντὶ συνετῷ καρδίᾳ δέδωκα σύνεσιν, καὶ ποιήσουσιν πάντα, ὅσα σοί συνέταξα,	6 καὶ ἐγὼ ἔδωκα αὐτὸν καὶ τὸν Ἐλιὰβ τὸν τοῦ Ἀχισαμὰχ ἐκ φυλῆς Δὰν καὶ παντὶ συνετῷ καρδίᾳ δέδωκα σύνεσιν, καὶ ποιήσουσι πάντα ὅσα συνέταξά σοι,

8 And the table and his furniture, and the pure candlestick with all its furniture, and the altar of incense,

9 And the altar of burnt offering with all its furniture, and the laver and its foot,

10 And the cloths of service, and the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to minister in the priest’s office,

11 And the anointing oil, and sweet incense for the holy place: according to all that I have commanded you they shall do.”

12 And Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

13 “Speak you also to the sons of Israēl, saying, ‘Verily my sabbaths you shall keep; for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that you may know that I am Yahweh who consecrates you.

13 καὶ σὺ σύνταξον τοῖς υἱοῖς Ἰσραὴλ λέγων ὁρᾶτε καὶ τὰ σάββατά μου φυλάξεσθε· σημεῖόν ἐστιν παρ’ ἐμοὶ καὶ ἐν ὑμῖν εἰς τὰς γενεὰς ὑμῶν, ἵνα γνῶτε ὅτι ἐγὼ κύριος ὁ ἁγιάζων ὑμᾶς.	13 καὶ σὺ σύνταξον τοῖς υἱοῖς Ἰσραὴλ λέγων· ὁρᾶτε, καὶ τὰ σάββατά μου φυλάξεσθε· σημεῖόν ἔστι παρ’ ἐμοὶ καὶ ἐν ἐμοὶ εἰς τὰς γενεὰς ὑμῶν, ἵνα γνῶτε ὅτι ἐγὼ Κύριος ὁ ἁγιάζων ὑμᾶς.
13 And you, instruct the sons of Israēl, saying, “Observe and keep my sabbaths! 14 You shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it is holy to you: everyone who defiles it shall surely be put to death; for whoever does any work in it, that person shall be cut off from among his people.

14 And you shall keep the sabbaths, because this is holy of the Lord for you. The one who profanes it shall with death be put to death. 15 Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to Yahweh: whoever does any work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.

15 For six days you shall do works, but on the seventh day there is sabbath, a rest dedicated to the Lord. 16 Therefore the sons of Israēl shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant.’

17 It is a sign between me and the sons of Israēl forever; for in six days Yahweh made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.”

18 And he gave to Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him on mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.
