The Message to Sardis

“To the angel of the church in Sardis write: he who has the seven spirits of God and the seven stars, says this: ‘I know your deeds, that you have a name that you are alive, but you are dead. “To the angel of the church in Sardis write: he who has the seven spirits of God and the seven stars, says this: ‘I know your deeds, that you have a name that you are alive, but you are dead.
Be alert and strengthen the things that remain, which were about to die; for I have not found your deeds completed in the presence of my God. Be alert and strengthen the things that remain, which were about to die; for I have not found your deeds completed in the presence of God.
So remember what you have received and heard; and keep it, and repent. Therefore if you don’t watch, I will come like a thief, and you won’t know at what hour I will come upon you. So remember what you have received and heard; and keep it, and repent. Therefore if you don’t watch, I will come upon you like a thief, and you won’t know at what hour I will come upon you.
But you have a few names in Sardis who have not soiled their garments; and they will walk with me in white, because they are worthy. You have a few names in Sardis who have not soiled their garments; and they will walk with me in white, because they are worthy.
He who overcomes will thus be clothed in white garments; and I will never erase his name out of the scroll of life, and I will confess his name in the presence of my Father and in the presence of his angels. He who overcomes, this one will be clothed in white garments; and I will never erase his name out of the scroll of life, and I will confess his name in the presence of my Father and in the presence of his angels.
He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.’ He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.’

The Message to Philadelphia

“And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: he who is holy, who is true, who has the key of David, who opens and no one will shut, and who shuts and no one opens, says this: “And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: he who is holy, who is true, who has the key of David, who opens and no one will shut, and who shuts and no one opens, says this:
‘I know your deeds. Look, I have put in your presence an open door which no one is able to shut it, because you have a little power, and have kept my word, and have not denied my name. ‘I know your deeds. Look, I have put in your presence an open door which no one is able to shut it, because you have a little power, and have kept my word, and have not denied my name.
Look, I will hand over those of the synagogue of Satan, who say that they are Jews and are not, but they lie. Look, I will cause them that they will come and worship in the presence of yat your feet, and they may know that I have loved you. Look, I will hand over those of the synagogue of Satan, who say that they are Jews and are not, but they lie. Look, I will cause them that they will come and worship in the presence of yat your feet, and they may know that I have loved you.
Because you have kept the word of my perseverance, I also will keep you from the hour of testing, that is about to come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth. Because you have kept the word of my perseverance, I also will keep you from the hour of testing, that is about to come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.
I am coming quickly; hold fast what you have, so that no one may take your victor’s wreath. Listen, I am coming quickly; hold fast what you have, so that no one may take your victor’s wreath.
He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God, and he will never go outside from it anymore; and I will write on him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from my God, and my new name. He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God, and he will never go outside from it anymore; and I will write on him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from my God, and my new name.
He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.’ He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.’

The Message to Laodicea

“To the angel of the church in Laodicea write: The Amēn, the faithful and true Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God, says this: “To the angel of the church in Laodicea write: The Amēn, the faithful and true Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God, says this:
‘I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot; I wish that you were cold or hot. ‘I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot; I wish that you were cold or hot.
So because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I am about to spit you out of my mouth. So because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I am about to spit you out of my mouth.
Because you say, “I am rich, and am wealthy, and have need of nothing,” and you don’t know that you are wretched and miserable and poor and blind and naked, Because you sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that you are wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
I give advice to you to buy from me gold refined by fire so that you may be rich, and white garments so that you may clothe yourself, and that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and eye ointment to anoint your eyes so that you may see. I give advice to you to buy from me gold refined by fire so that you may be rich, and white garments so that you may clothe yourself, and that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and eye ointment to anoint your eyes so that you may see.
Whomever I love, I reprove and discipline; therefore be zealous and repent. Whomever I love, I reprove and discipline; therefore be zealous and repent.
He who overcomes, I will grant to him to sit with me on my throne, as I also overcame and sat with my Father on his throne. He who overcomes, I will grant to him to sit with me on my throne, as I also overcame and sat with my Father on his throne.
He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.’” He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.’”
