1 And Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

6 And you shall set them in two rows, six on a row, on the pure table before Yahweh.

7 And you shall put pure frankincense on each row, that it may be on the bread for a memorial, even an offering made by fire to Yahweh.

8 Every sabbath he shall set it in order before Yahweh continually, being taken from the sons of Israēl by an everlasting covenant.

10 And the son of an Israēlite woman, whose father was an Egyptian, went out among the sons of Israēl; and this son of the Israēlite woman and a man of Israēl quarreled together in the camp;

11 And the Israēlite woman’s son blasphemed the name of Yahweh, and cursed. And they brought him to Moses; (and his mother’s name was Shelomith, the daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan;)

11 And the Israēlite woman’s son called down a curse while naming the Name. 12 And they put him in ward, that the mind of Yahweh might be shown to them.

13 And Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

14 “Bring forth him who has cursed outside the camp; and let all that heard him lay their hands on his head, and let all the congregation stone him.

14 Ἐξάγαγε τὸν καταρασάμενον ἔξω τῆς παρεμβολῆς, καὶ ἐπιθήσουσιν πάντες οἱ ἀκούσαντες τὰς χεῖρας αὐτῶν ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν αὐτοῦ, καὶ λιθοβολήσουσιν αὐτὸν πᾶσα ἡ συναγωγή.	14 ἐξάγαγε τὸν καταρασάμενον ἔξω τῆς παρεμβολῆς, καὶ ἐπιθήσουσι πάντες οἱ ἀκούσαντες τὰς χεῖρας αὐτῶν ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν αὐτοῦ καὶ λιθοβολήσουσιν αὐτὸν πᾶσα ἡ συναγωγή.

15 And you shall speak to the sons of Israēl, saying, ‘Whoever curses his Elohim shall bear his sin.

16 And he who blasphemes the name of Yahweh, shall surely be put to death, and all the congregation shall certainly stone him; as well the stranger, as he who is born in the land, when he blasphemes the name of Yahweh, shall be put to death.

16 Whoever names the name of the Lord, by death let him be put to death; let the whole congregation of Israēl stone him with stones. 17 And he who kills any man shall surely be put to death.

18 And he who kills a beast shall make it good; beast for beast.

19 And if a man cause a blemish in his neighbour; as he has done, so shall it be done to him;

20 Breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth; as he has caused a blemish in a man, so shall it be done to him again.

23 And Moses spoke to the sons of Israēl, that they should bring forth him who had cursed out of the camp, and stone him with stones. And the sons of Israēl did as Yahweh commanded Moses.

23 καὶ ἐλάλησεν Μωυσῆς τοῖς υἱοῖς Ἰσραὴλ καὶ ἐξήγαγον τὸν καταρασάμενον ἔξω τῆς παρεμβολῆς καὶ ἐλιθοβόλησαν αὐτὸν ἐν λίθοις· καὶ οἱ υἱοὶ Ἰσραὴλ ἐποίησαν καθὰ συνέταξεν κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ.	23 καὶ ἐλάλησε Μωυσῆς τοῖς υἱοῖς Ἰσραήλ, καὶ ἐξήγαγον τὸν καταρασάμενον ἔξω τῆς παρεμβολῆς καὶ ἐλιθοβόλησαν αὐτὸν ἐν λίθοις· καὶ οἱ υἱοὶ Ἰσραὴλ ἐποίησαν καθάπερ συνέταξε Κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ.
23 And Moses spoke to the sons of Israēl, and they brought the one who had called down the curse outside the camp and stoned him with stones.
