1 Then Naomi her mother-in-law said to her, “My daughter, shall I not seek security for you, that it may go well for you?

9 And he said, “Who are you?” And she answered, “I am Ruth your handmaid. Spread therefore your garment hem over your handmaid; for you are a redeemer.”

10 And he said, “Blessed are you of Yahweh, my daughter; for you have shown more kindness in the latter end than at the beginning, inasmuch as you didn’t follow the young men, whether poor or rich.

10 καὶ εἶπεν Βοόζ, εὐλογημένη σὺ τῷ κυρίῳ θεῷ, θύγατερ, ὅτι ἠγάθυνας τὸ ἔλεός σου τὸ ἔσχατον ὑπὲρ τὸ πρῶτον, τὸ μὴ πορευθῆναί σὲ ὀπίσω νεανιῶν, εἴτοι πτωχὸς εἴτοι πλούσιος.	10 καὶ εἶπε Βοόζ· εὐλογημένη σὺ τῷ Κυρίῳ Θεῷ, θύγατερ, ὅτι ἠγάθυνας τὸ ἔλεός σου τὸ ἔσχατον ὑπὲρ τὸ πρῶτον, μὴ πορευθῆναί σε ὀπίσω νεανιῶν, εἴτοι πτωχὸς εἴτοι πλούσιος.

12 And now it is true that I am your redeemer, yet there is a redeemer closer than I.

14 And she lay at his feet until the morning; and she rose up before one could know another. And he said, “Let it not be known that a woman came into the floor.”
