20:3 καὶ ἐξελθὼν περὶ τρίτην ὥραν εἶδεν ἄλλους ἑστῶτας ἐν τῇ ἀγορᾷ ἀργοὺς 3 καὶ ἐξελθὼν περὶ τὴν τρίτην ὥραν, εἶδεν ἄλλους ἑστῶτας ἐν τῇ ἀγορᾷ ἀργοὺς·

20:7 λέγουσιν αὐτῷ, ὅτι οὐδεὶς ἡμᾶς ἐμισθώσατο.

20:13  δὲ ἀποκριθεὶς ἑνὶ αὐτῶν εἶπεν, ἑταῖρε, οὐκ ἀδικῶ σε· οὐχὶ δηναρίου συνεφώνησάς μοι; 13  δὲ ἀποκριθεὶς εἶπεν ἑνὶ αὐτῶν, ἑταῖρε, οὐκ ἀδικῶ σε· οὐχὶ δηναρίου συνεφώνησάς μοι;
But in response to one of them, he said, ‘Friend, I am not doing you wrong; didn’t you agree with me for a denarius? But in response to one of them, he said, ‘Friend, I am not doing you wrong; didn’t you agree with me for a denarius?
20:14 ἆρον τὸ σὸν καὶ ὕπαγε.
θέλω δὲ τούτῳ τῷ ἐσχάτῳ δοῦναι ὡς καὶ σοὶ·

20:15 [] οὐκ ἔξεστίν μοι θέλω ποιῆσαι ἐν τοῖς ἐμοῖς;
ὀφθαλμός σου πονηρός ἐστιν ὅτι ἐγὼ ἀγαθός εἰμι;

εἰ ὀφθαλμός σου πονηρός ἐστιν, ὅτι ἐγὼ ἀγαθός εἰμι;
Is it not lawful for me to do what I want with what is my own things? Or is your eye evil because I am good?’ Is it not lawful for me to do what I want with what is my own things? Or is your eye evil because I am good?’

And he said to her, “What do you want?” She said to him, “Command that in your kingdom these two sons of mine may sit one on your right and one on your left.” And he said to her, “What do you want?” She said to him, “Command that in your kingdom these two sons of mine may sit one on your right and one on your left.”
20:22 ἀποκριθεὶς δὲ Ἰησοῦς εἶπεν, οὐκ οἴδατε τί αἰτεῖσθε.
δύνασθε πιεῖν τὸ ποτήριον ἐγὼ μέλλω πίνειν;
λέγουσιν αὐτῷ, δυνάμεθα.
22 ἀποκριθεὶς δὲ Ἰησοῦς εἶπεν, οὐκ οἴδατε τί αἰτεῖσθε.
δύνασθε πιεῖν τὸ ποτήριον, ἐγὼ μέλλω πίνειν, καὶ τὸ βάπτισμα, ἐγὼ βαπτίζομαι, βαπτισθῆναι;
λέγουσιν αὐτῷ, δυνάμεθα.
But in response, he said, “You don’t know what you are asking. Are you able to drink the cup that I am about to drink?” They said to him, “We are able.” But in response, he said, “You don’t know what you are asking. Are you able to drink the cup that I am about to drink and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?” They said to him, “We are able.”
20:23 λέγει αὐτοῖς, τὸ μὲν ποτήριόν μου πίεσθε, τὸ δὲ καθίσαι ἐκ δεξιῶν μου καὶ ἐξ εὐωνύμων οὐκ ἔστιν ἐμὸν [τοῦτο] δοῦναι, ἀλλ᾿ οἷς ἡτοίμασται ὑπὸ τοῦ πατρός μου. 23 λέγει αὐτοῖς, τὸ μὲν ποτήριόν μου πίεσθε, καὶ τὸ βάπτισμα, ἐγὼ βαπτίζομαι, βαπτισθήσεσθε· τὸ δὲ καθίσαι ἐκ δεξιῶν μου καὶ ἐξ εὐωνύμων μου, οὐκ ἔστιν ἐμὸν δοῦναι, ἀλλ᾿ οἷς ἡτοίμασται ὑπὸ τοῦ πατρός μου.
He said to them, “On the one hand, you shall drink my cup; but on the other hand, to sit on my right and on my left, [this] is not mine to give, but it is for those for whom it has been prepared by my Father.” He said to them, “On the one hand, you shall drink my cup and to be baptized with the baptism I am baptized with; but on the other hand, to sit on my right and on my left, is not mine to give, but it is for those for whom it has been prepared by my Father.”

Healing Two Blind Men
(Mark 10:46‑52; Luke 18:35‑43)

20:30 καὶ ἰδοὺ δύο τυφλοὶ καθήμενοι παρὰ τὴν ὁδὸν ἀκούσαντες ὅτι Ἰησοῦς παράγει, ἔκραξαν λέγοντες, ἐλέησον ἡμᾶς, [κύριε,] υἱὸς Δαυίδ. 30 καὶ ἰδού, δύο τυφλοὶ καθήμενοι παρὰ τὴν ὁδόν, ἀκούσαντες ὅτι Ἰησοῦς παράγει, ἔκραξαν, λέγοντες, ἐλέησον ἡμᾶς, κύριε, υἱὸς Δαβίδ.
