Exodus

1 You shall not raise a false report: don’t put your hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness.

7 Keep far from a false matter; and don’t slay the innocent and righteoust; for I won’t justify the wicked.

9 Also you shall not oppress a stranger; for you know the heart of a stranger, seeing you were strangers in the land of Egypt.

10 And six years you shall sow your land, and shall gather in the fruits of it.

16 And the feast of harvest, the firstfruits of your labours, which you have sown in the field; and the feast of ingathering, which is in the end of the year, when you have gathered in your labours out of the field.

20 Behold, I send an Angel before you, to keep you in the way, and to bring you into the place which I have prepared.

21 Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he won’t pardon your transgressions; for my name is in him.

22 ἐὰν ἀκοῇ ἀκούσητε τῆς ἐμῆς φωνῆς καὶ ποιήσῃς πάντας, ὅσα ἄν ἐντείλωμαί σοι, καὶ φυλάξητε τὴν διαθήκην μου, ἔσεσθέ μοι λαὸς περιούσιος ἀπὸ πάντων τῶν ἐθνῶν· ἐμὴ γάρ ἔστι πᾶσα ἡ γῆ, ὑμεῖς δὲ ἔσεσθέ μοι βασίλειον ἱεράτευμα καὶ ἔθνος ἅγιον. ταῦτα τὰ ῥήματα ἐρεῖς τοῖς υἱοῖς Ἰσραήλ· ἐὰν ἀκοῇ ἀκούσητε τῆς φωνῆς μου καὶ ποιήσητε πάντα ὅσα ἄν εἴπω σοι, ἐχθρεύσω τοῖς ἐχθροῖς σου καὶ ἀντικείσομαι τοῖς ἀντικειμένοις σοι·

22 If by paying attention you listen to my voice and do all that I tell you, and keep my covenant, you will be to me a people distinctive from all the nations; for all the earth is mine, and you will be a royal priesthood, and a separate nation. 24 You shall not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do after their works; but you shall utterly overthrow them, and completely break down their images.

24 You shall not do obeisance to their gods nor serve them. 25 And you shall serve Yahweh your Elohim, and he shall bless your bread, and your water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of you.
