And he was saying to them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the labourers are few; therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out labourers into his harvest. Woes to Unrepentant Cities
(Matt 11:20-24)

Rejoicing of Jesus

10:26  δὲ εἶπεν πρὸς αὐτόν, ἐν τῷ νόμῳ τί γέγραπται;

10:27  δὲ ἀποκριθεὶς εἶπεν, ἀγαπήσεις κύριον τὸν θεόν σου ἐξ ὅλης [τῆς] καρδίας σου καὶ ἐν ὅλῃ τῇ ψυχῇ σου καὶ ἐν ὅλῃ τῇ ἰσχύϊ σου καὶ ἐν ὅλῃ τῇ διανοίᾳ σου, καὶ τὸν πλησίον σου ὡς σεαυτόν. 27  δὲ ἀποκριθεὶς εἶπεν, ἀγαπήσεις κύριον τὸν θεόν σου, ἐξ ὅλης τῆς καρδίας σου, καὶ ἐξ ὅλης τῆς ψυχῆς σου, καὶ ἐξ ὅλης τῆς ἰσχύος σου, καὶ ἐξ ὅλης τῆς διανοίας σου· καὶ τὸν πλησίον σου ὡς σεαυτόν.

10:37  δὲ εἶπεν, ποιήσας τὸ ἔλεος μετ᾿ αὐτοῦ.

Visiting Martha and Mary

10:40  δὲ Μάρθα περιεσπᾶτο περὶ πολλὴν διακονίαν· ἐπιστᾶσα δὲ εἶπεν, κύριε, οὐ μέλει σοι ὅτι ἀδελφή μου μόνην με κατέλειπεν διακονεῖν;
εἰπὲ οὖν αὐτῇ ἵνα μοι συναντιλάβηται.

But Martha was busy with much service; and after approaching him, she said, “Lord, don’t you care that my sister has left me to serve alone?
