2:9 ὡσαύτως [καὶ] γυναῖκας ἐν καταστολῇ κοσμίῳ μετὰ αἰδοῦς καὶ σωφροσύνης κοσμεῖν ἑαυτάς, μὴ ἐν πλέγμασιν καὶ χρυσίῳ μαργαρίταις ἱματισμῷ πολυτελεῖ, 9 ὡσαύτως καὶ τὰς γυναῖκας ἐν καταστολῇ κοσμίῳ, μετὰ αἰδοῦς καὶ σωφροσύνης κοσμεῖν ἑαυτάς, μὴ ἐν πλέγμασιν χρυσῷ, μαργαρίταις, ἱματισμῷ πολυτελεῖ,

[1]"she...they" -- "she" refers to Eve and "they" refers to both Adam and Eve. By extension some take "she" to refer to any woman, while "they" may refer to a mother and her children; but grammatically it is only Eve and Adam.
