1 Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of Yahweh.

1 Blessed are the blameless in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord. 1 Blessed are the blameless in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord.

2 Blessed are they who keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.

2 Blessed are they who search out his testimonies; they will diligently seek him with the whole heart. 2 Blessed are they who search out his testimonies; they will diligently seek him with the whole heart.

3 They also do no iniquity; they walk in his ways.

3 For they who work iniquity have not walked in his ways. 3 For they who work iniquity have not walked in his ways.

4 You have commanded us to keep your precepts diligently.

4 You have commanded us diligently to keep your precepts. 4 You have commanded us diligently to keep your precepts.

5 Oh that my ways were directed to keep your statutes!

5 Oh that my ways were directed to keep your ordinances. 5 Oh that my ways were directed to keep your ordinances.

6 Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect to all your commandments.

6 Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect to all your commandments. 6 Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect to all your commandments.

7 I will praise you with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned your righteous judgments.

7 I will give you thanks with uprightness of heart, when I have learned the judgments of your righteousness. 7 I will give you thanks with uprightness of heart, when I have learned the judgments of your righteousness.

8 I will keep your statutes; Oh forsake me not utterly.

9 with what shall a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed to it according to your word.

9 Ἐν τίνι κατορθώσει νεώτερος τὴν ὁδὸν αὐτοῦ;

10 With my whole heart have I sought you; Oh let me not wander from your commandments.

10 With my whole heart have I diligently sought you; cast me not away from your commandments. 10 With my whole heart have I diligently sought you; cast me not away from your commandments.

11 Your word have I hid in my heart, that I might not sin against you.

11 I have hidden your oracles in my heart, that I might not sin against you. 11 I have hidden your oracles in my heart, that I might not sin against you.

12 Blessed are you, Oh Yahweh; teach me your statutes.

12 Blessed are you, Oh Lord; teach me your ordinances. 12 Blessed are you, Oh Lord; teach me your ordinances.

13 With my lips have I declared all the judgments of your mouth.

13 With my lips have I declared all the judgments of your mouth. 13 With my lips have I declared all the judgments of your mouth.

14 I have delighted in the way of your testimonies, as much as in all riches. 14 I have delighted in the way of your testimonies, as much as in all riches.

15 I will meditate in your precepts, and have respect to your ways.

18 Open you my eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of your law.

18 Unveil my eyes, and I shall perceive wondrous things of your law. 18 Unveil my eyes, and I shall perceive wondrous things of your law.

19 I am a stranger in the earth; don’t hide your commandments from me.

19 I am a stranger in the earth; don’t hide your commandments from me. 19 I am a stranger in the earth; don’t hide your commandments from me.

20 My soul breaks for the longing that it has to your judgments at all times.

20 My soul has longed exceedingly for your judgments at all times. 20 My soul has longed exceedingly for your judgments at all times.

21 You have rebuked the proud who are cursed, who do err from your commandments.

21 You have rebuked the proud; cursed are they who turn aside from your commandments. 21 You have rebuked the proud; cursed are they who turn aside from your commandments.

22 Remove from me reproach and contempt; for I have sought out your testimonies. 22 Remove from me reproach and contempt; for I have sought out your testimonies.

23 Princes also sat and spoke against me; but your servant meditated in your statutes.

23 For princes sat and spoke against me; but your servant was meditating on your ordinances. 23 For princes sat and spoke against me; but your servant was meditating on your ordinances.

24 Your testimonies also are my delight and my counsellors.
