1 A Song of degrees.
In my distress I cried to Yahweh, and he heard me.


1 [ᾨδὴ τῶν ἀναβαθμῶν.] Πρὸς κύριον ἐν τῷ θλίβεσθαί με ἐκέκραξα, καὶ εἰσήκουσέν μου. 1 ᾨδὴ τῶν ἀναβαθμῶν. — πρός Κύριον ἐν τῷ θλίβεσθαί με ἐκέκραξα, καὶ εἰσήκουσέν μου.

2 Deliver my soul, Oh Yahweh, from lying lips, and from a deceitful tongue.

5 Woe is me, that I stay in Mesech, that I dwell in the tents of Kedar!
